Reeses pieces EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!

Sooo Ashley Tarchuk, her friend and my roommate and I all have a biblestudy on Tuesday nights...they consist of us making dinner and hangin out and then we go through a book called "bad girls of the bible" its a good book so far and we just recently read the story of Lots wife. If you check out the story you see that she doesnt talk much at all or do anything and then bam in the end she turns back and POOf shes salty! we were reading the study book and we felt like instead of getting answers we just got more questions...like why did Lots wife turn back?? what was she thinking what was she considering..and why did God cater to Lots requests and hesitation (eg. request to go to Zoar instead of fleeing to the mountains like God commanded) and then punish his wife so quickly?? we talked about it alot and couldnt come up with a good theory. so we are throwing it out to the kaleo group let us know what you think
OH and if you ever go shopping with Ashley make sure she keeps one hand on the buggy cuz her and Mandy decided it would be fun to toss a bag of reeses pieces back and forth! and thats when the bag broke open and pieces scattered EVERYWHERE it was soooo funny/embarrasing. Then the poor thriftys worker had to clean up their mess. good times were had by all
and the cookies we made with the reeses peices candys were amazing!!! housewife points for Ashley!!!!

Heheh Well I made cookies today Julie, I'd love to share them with you because there's about 4 dozen of them, apparently the recipe didn's say it was reccomended to doubble but that the recipe was already doubbled, heheh (I need to learn how to read) so we doubbled an already doubbled recipe! Haah but the girls I nanny (I don't think I should put their names up for security purposes........ humm) and their friend are currently loving the mountains of cookies in their kitchen!

Interesting feminist book :) I did a report on feminism in school, I actually really feel the feminist movement has a lot of great wisdom and insight into reading the Bible. Although some of it has been taken with a grain of salt.

When it comes to her not talking in the chapter, just remember that it was written in a male dominated society. Just a thought...

Remember that the "Men" told Lot and family not to look back. Did turning to salt mean something else? Who knows...

And also remember that Lots life didn't exactly get any better. Having incestous relations with his daughters in the next chapter isn't exactly the best legacy...
