so i am calling on you guys to inspire me to STUDY!!! I don't want to sit down and study, its a good idea but I keep finding other things to do, like writing a blog. as you see, I need help!
oh dear kristi... i understand too well what your experiencing!!! i've been writing cards, hanging out with friends, and even going to the gym instead of studying (but i haven't started cleaning yet... that's when things have gone truly wrong!).
well, my first advice i sent you... so here's my second: phase. Start making a few phases for yourself. Begin with two lists: one of the things you have to study for school, the other of things that are on your mind to get done as well as things you want to do or like to do. and here comes the application from my schooling: we'll call them blocked trials within random practice. simply put - do something from the first list, then something from the second list. And then to add some spice: mix it up a bit! once you've completed something off a list, cross it off with a big black marker - it'll really make you feel like your accomplishing things!
And don't forget the healthy snacks... they'll make ya feel better! Good luck girly. Stop reading this and get studying!!
Write out everything you have due and than figure out how long it will take you to go. Now divide that trime in half, It if it takes 4 hours to study for a test, plan to have 2. than schedguel that 2 hours in the last possible time frame before your test and than forgetabout it! Have fun! Party socalise and when that 2 hours comes you'll be doing it so rushed and last minuit that you won't get distracted or anything!
Well that's how I get things done, works well for me, saves me a ton of time! and allows for a lot more social interaction and generaly speaking fun times.
Ohhh and if that doesn't work
SUCK IT UP, STOP BLOGGING AND DO THE STINKING WORK!
heheh Hope one of thoes 2 suggestions works for you friend!
You know they are ment to be taked with a grain of humor right? heheh.or were they......................?
i think i will take ashley's advice, i don't get things down 2 hours before hand because then i panic and don't remember everything. the other thing, i have nothing else to do but study, my room is clean and i am fed. once again, i am procrastinating, but then again i just got back home from studying for an hour, thats a start and i still have all day today (until i go to the vetters for supper) and then all day tomorrow. thanks guys, and ashley, i have been eating fruit, i bought mandrin oranges. o and melissa i just called camp and let them know I was coming for the staff retreat and i got to talk to charity for a bit so that was awesome. anyways, off to studying on my bed, pray that i don't fall asleep, even though a nap wouldn't hurt. love ya guys!
