What's new in the life of Jordan
Nothing much...
But I am going to Summerland for Thanksgiving! :) Anyone going anywhere exciting for Thanksgiving?
So I was just in Sacramento, California for the Youth Specialities Convention. That was pretty nifty. Lots of big name speakers and concerts going on. Third Day, Steven Curtis Chapman, Kutless, Thousand Foot Krutch, etc. Then for speakers we had; Mark Yackonelli, Doug Fields, and the infamous Marv Penner, and many others. They give so much free stuff out at those things it is amazing. Just walking around all the booths I got about 2 t-shirts, 10 books, 6 CD's, 2 DvD's (all for free!). Although most of the stuff they shove in your face is pointless stuff that will never work. It's still nice to get free stuff :)
So....I am thinking of getting www.ikaleo.com for our blog, although financially speaking I cannot afford it. Right now I have found a host, that can get us ikaleo.com for $6/year and 1GB of space with 25GB bandwidth/month for $5/month. If you can help out, I'd love the help! :)
Well I'm gonna go scavange for some food. Later all!

Jordan! I almost went to that conference, but then I realized that I couldn't afford it and I had to go to school...details, details. I'm glad to hear you're going to Summerland...my brother was just there working in a vineyard. And now he's home! Yippee skippee! So that's what I'm doing for Thanksgiving, hanging out with my brother. Ah, life is good.

Hey Jimbad, Over the summer when i was talking to issac he said the the qwanoes server is huge and that we could move our stuff onto it....
Hey Jordan, don't go buying space, something will work out. I'm realizing that I don't use this enough, and so I'm going to try, I hope we can convince some of the other Kaleo's to come back and actually talk, cuz frankly Sarah I'm jelouse that you guys talk on your blog (I do check it periodically... like you check ours :) I love that you do that) Anyways, I remember something about someone in our Kaleo asking her Dad for space... and him telling her yes...? is there anything still up with that? or should we just look for other options cuz Jim, don't we loose Kaleo life in another year or so... unless we fork over more $? .... Amber's Sceming mind is comming back! so many ideas going through my head! gotta stop.
That was Melissa Dad that you were thinking about, and nothing has really come of that. Anywho, it's sad that Thanksgiving is over now! I shall return to Abbotsford tomorrow and Kailyn shall return to Kamloops.
Hey your talking about me as if I'm not here, hahah or atleast that's how it feels-lol-SOMETHING COULD COME OF THAT, it justtakers organization and effort on my part, so here i GO WITH IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS i PROMISE TO PUT 10 MINUITS OF EFFORT INTO THIS, IT'S SOUNDS LIKE A SMALL AMMOUNT OF Time....but I'm al about things being realistic these days. For instance-I gave myself 2 weeks to clean my room- hahah..............(it took 3) but nowit is done.....I'm guessing it's gunna stay clean for atleast 4 more days-WOHO! a new record for me, what was I talking about any wase????? uummmm......I LOVE JESUS! yes that shall be a good way to end!

Melissa, if it didn't take you three weeks to clean your room we wouldn't love you so much. Hey, any more word on HH?? I don't really mind where we host Kaleo Bogs 1,2&3. But I am scared about moving things, which is why Kaleo 2 is still at kaleolife.ca instead of something like kaleolife.ca/kaleotoo or whatever. Obviously past my bedtime...
ok so... you know the whole scheming part well ya, I've been talking to a few people in all the years about doing a big one, like, all us hosted on the same site, three blogs (and more as they get going) probably a central comment board so that we can all talk together (cuz face it, we know alot of people from other years... or if we don't know them they still feel like family in a way, and I know most of you check the other two blogs cuz I've seen comments from you guys on them all!) like questions like Dan's request for housing could be put in a central blog so the word really gets out, among other things. Then there is the passworded addresses and announcement type pages, kinda like an online Passport (Briercrest's Alumni thing that I'm sure you all get by now, my family gets four copies now, so much wasted paper!)
ANYWAYS! I've been getting good feedback from everyone that I've talked to, and you even have someone there this year that I talked to about setting it up and adding passwords cuz he says he knows quite well what he's doing (I'm sure you know who I'm talking about as I'm sure he's probably running the blog at the moment...unless he's keeping it all a secret from you.. which would be hard to do concidering he's the only student with an office!)Anyways! what do you all think? let's talk about the idea and not assume Amber's going to run with it alone (cuz Ive been learning that that's wrong for me to do... after Kaleo lesson #1 Amber you are not superwoman!)
And Dotto... I love you! And I lve that it took you three weeks to clean your room, Jim's right, you wouldn't be you if you were any different! Are you still comming for Mod week? I switched programs so I'm not in your mod any more... it really sucks, I'm dissappointed. (sorry, little side note!) Loveyou all!!!!
Oh and guys, how do I get pictures to go on my profile, and even in my posts? do I have to download that Hello program? I feel so useless when it comes to posting, and I'm usually good with computers!!!
oh Dotto, I might end up being in your mod after all... I'm switching programs again!!! (side note, I'm so scrambled, but I'm switching back, not to anything new)
Ops. hahah I'm not going to the Mod week. I'm too bussy here with Church and my youth group and my jr. youth group-I can't find enough ppl. to fill my shoes for that week. Lol
